How to Get Started

FREE CONSULTATION:

We offer a 15-minute free introductory consultation to determine if Coaching will work for you. The purpose of the consultation is to answer any general questions you have and to help you determine if online coaching is right for you.  The consultation can be by zoom video or telephone.  None of the facts of your particular case or circumstances will be discussed during this initial meeting.

COMMENCING COACHING SESSIONS:

Once you decide to proceed,  coaching sessions will be scheduled. We will work with you to set the sessions on days and times convenient to your schedule.  Sessions are 30 minutes.  If you would like a longer session, back-to-back sessions may be scheduled.

RETAINER AGREEMENT:

Once your first coaching session is set, a retainer fee agreement will be emailed to you for signature online along with an invoice for the retainer fee.  Payment can be made by credit card or ACH bank transfer through the secure QuickBooks system.   Payment of the retainer fee must be made 48 hours prior to your first session.

COST:

A retainer fee of $1,000 is required upfront.  Coaching sessions and other services are billed at $125 per half hour.   Other services include emails, and other communications, memorandums of the sessions, review, and analysis of documents, and other miscellaneous services.   Fees are charged in 10-minute intervals.

STATEMENTS:

Monthly statements will be emailed to you showing all charges to date and the balance of the retainer fee available.  If a retainer is depleted, additional retainers will be required within 48 hrs of request.

WARNING:

If you are facing a divorce or in the process, Dianne will coach only one party to an action.  Whichever party books his or her coaching session first and pays the retainer fee will have priority.
