Common Divorce Coaching Questions
DIANNE ANSWERS THE TEN MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS ABOUT DISSOLUTION COACHING:

1. WHAT IS DIVORCE/CUSTODY COACHING?

Divorce/custody coaching is a new approach to assist people through the broken judicial system. With ongoing education and support, your chances of success are dramatically increased. Your stress, anger, fear, and other unhealthy emotions are dealt with and resolved in a healthy manner. Finally, your attorney's fees will be substantially less because you will have your information and questions organized and will be in control of your case.

2. WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AS A DIVORCE COACH?

I am your partner. I am not your psychotherapist, nor your attorney. I am not here to judge you and your case. My purpose is to assist you throughout your action and thereafter. I am here to reduce the amount of pain and stress you will experience during your action and help you achieve all of the possible Success in the Outcome of our case.

3. WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO BECOME A DIVORCE/CUSTODY COACH?

As the years passed, I found the judicial system lacking in its ability to address the concerns of clients. Good Parents were losing custody and issues in their divorce cases just because "of the system" and their lack of knowledge of how to approach their cases. It was becoming more and more difficult to find lawyers representing the other side to do their job, which then cost my clients more anguish and attorneys fees because cases did not resolve. Fees were exorbitant and it just wasn't fun to practice litigation in this environment. I decided to find a better, healthier, and more rewarding way to help clients. I wanted to regain the satisfaction of helping people that I had experienced when first practicing law many years ago.

4. DO YOU PROVIDE FAMILY LAW LEGAL ADVICE?

No, I do not provide legal advice about your particular case. An attorney licensed to practice law in your particular jurisdiction is necessary to give you the local rules and laws which pertain to your case. I give you general principals and information which are applicable universally.

5. I HAVE A DISSOLUTION ATTORNEY, WHY DO I NEED A COACH?

Attorneys don’t have the time to properly educate and train you in all phases of your action to assure your resounding success. Even if they did have the time, the cost would be prohibitive. I will help you work with your attorney, and streamline your information and questions so that you will save thousands of dollars in otherwise wasted fees when you do meet with your attorney. You will be empowered by receiving ongoing support, answers, and information so that you can be “proactive” rather than “reactive” in your case.

6. CAN YOU HELP ME?
